As a Manager in the Australian Department of Defence, I led a number of multi-sector programmes that sought to better coordinate civilial-military-non-government stakeholders in conflict, post-conflict, and natural disaster zones - in a broad range of fields.
My role required the following skills:

- Communication: I authored and edited academic reports and briefs, developed communication strategies for projects, and oversaw social media usage for the branch.
- Leadership: Led multi-agency teams of 30+ people, managed teams to deliver stand alone events and long term capacity building programs.
