My work depends on the student's help and guidance . It is to clarifying the validity of the method of the Institute . I teach and reassure the shy students as well as I encourage the introversion of students to facilitate the curriculum by explaining it in a simplified way .A part is to do the data entry in the system up date the students and to finish the weekly follow-up reports of the students performance.
الوظيفة هي مزيج بين الادارة والتعليم حيث اني مسؤوليتي التاكد ان الطالبات ياخذن دروسهن بشكل منتظم وينتهين منها قبل انتهاء فترة العقد التي تم توقيعها بين المعهد والعميل اضافة الى ادخال البيانات بشكل يومي وتفقد درجاتهن وبالتعاون مع المحاسبة ومديرة الخدمة اقوم بتوجيه ومساعدة الطالبات الضعيفات على اجتياز المراحل التي يواجهن فيها نوع من الصعوبة ويكون ذلك عبر شرح الدروس والمساندة الشخصية لكل طالبة وتقديم المساعدة بشكل تلقائي بدون طلب العميل وذلك يستلزم مني ان اكون ودودة متبسمة وذات صدر رحب ومقدرة عالية على التحمل مهما كانت الطالبة غاضبة محتجة او قدرتها على الفهم بطيئة او حتى التي يصعب ايصال المعلومة لها اتعامل معها بكل صبر وود وكذلك الطالبات الخجولات اللواتي عادة يخجلن من طلب المساعدة يلزمني ان اكون معهن علافة صداقة خاصة تعتمد على البساطة والبشاشة والسؤال الدائم واظهار الاهتمام وبصورة عامة المفروض ان اكون صديقة للكل وايضا معلمة ومديرة للقسم الذي اعمل به
I have a Business Administration Degree with a very good grade with a very good grade of 86%. I also have a Diploma in English language, I am excellent in English both speaking and writing . I have an excellent assessment in the computer course. Thank God I have a very good experience in the field of teaching that's because of my ability of delivering information easily and in a short time, furthermore I worked on consecutive periods in more than seven years Accounting, fund manager, financial management and administrative assistance and supervisor in a special center for rehabilitation of people with special needs
