To manage all operations in Packaging Section
·1 Directly supervising the Primary and Secondary packaging of all the below forms:-
-0 Tableting / Capsule filling / Coating

·2 Follow up job orders with the engineering department and close them.
·3 Set up priorities in coordination with planning, marketing and production departments.
·4 Studied machine and personnel capacities, using locally developed excel spreadsheats

· To follow up the progress of the production plans in the production area, on daily basis, in order to complete sales orders on time.

I. Duties and Responsibilities :

· Study the requirements of the items (Active, Inactive Raw Materials and Packaging Materials ) to a achieve a certain production plan
Planning Officer : Study and Estimate the requirements for Raw materials, Primary Packaging and Secondary Packaging Material.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Analyze the sales forecast as Provide from marketing department and with the use of the computer system Baan ( ERP) System.
2. Study the availability of Raw materials, packaging materials for the proposed monthly production plans.
3. Study the requirements of Raw & packaging materials for the forecast sales, tenders and for any special sales order using Baan (MRP) System.
4. Issuing codes for Raw Materials, packaging materials and the finished products
5. Determine with the material manager the products that should be manufactured to satisfy the needs for local and export market, orders and tenders.
6. To monitor the stock levels of all types of packaging materials on monthly basis
7. Ensure that the stock levels of Raw & packaging materials doesn't go below the safety stock.
8. Prepare all requests for Raw& packaging materials ahead of time.
9. Follow up the requests of packaging materials with the purchasing department, designer and the local supplier.
10. Provide the Quality Control department with the priorities of the items that should have QC Analysis.
