AS JOB TITLE: RETAIL SALES OFFICER
PURPOSE OF JOB: promote sales cross selling to new, existing classic, advantage clients and provide high quality sales and service experience to customer.
Key Responsibilities: Day to day activities
-Actively sell /cross sell asset and liability products to new and existing customers.
-prepare assess and recommend loan product application and maintenance request and forward for approval to consumer processing unit.
-receive and process customer request (e.g. account opening, NBAD online request and, returned Cheque delivery, etc.)
-encourage customers to build their balances with the bank in order to migrate to higher customer programs.
-generate leads for Elite and Elite gold programs by referring eligible and potential customers to elite lounges and centre.
-educate Classic and Advantage customer about automated channels including ATM, call center and NBAD online and promote their migration channels.
-Attract new customers to branch through personal relation and existing customer referrals.
-Respond to call center regarding customer inquiries forwarded.
-meet individual sales target.
-Participate in and potentially lead daily lead daily retail sales team meeting.
-Assistant to branch manager i.e. receiving or sending e mail on behalf of BM
-preparing reports.
