• Managing all Data Center related operations across 18 sites under Al Ghurair Group.
• Managing Data Center shifting and revamp process etc.
• Infrastructure Operations: Installing, maintaining, monitoring, patching, and updating server and storage resources.

• Replace faulty hardware for storage systems: HP 3 PAR 7200, HPE 3 PAR 8200, HP MSA 2040, FUJITSU EXTERNUS DX60 S5, HP StorageWorks MSL4048 Tape Library, HP StoreEasy 1650, HP StorageWorks 1/8 G2 Tape Autoloader, HP StorageWorks P2000, HP StoreEasy 5530, HP ProLiant 460 G7 (S530 Storage Controller), HPE D2700 Disk Enclosure, QNAP TS NAS, WD My Cloud NAS etc.
• Configured in RAID 0, RAID 1 RAID 5 & RAID 6 and RAID Array expansion support.
• Power and cooling: All processes that ensure enough power is supplied to the data center facility and the cooling system is operational.
• Daily monitoring DC temperature, cooling system, UPS & Fire alarm system.
• Environment Monitoring System (EMS): NTI ENVIROMUX-16D, RITTAL, NTI ENVIROMUX-5D.
• CCTV System: SAMSUNG DVR SRD-873D, SAMSUNG NVR SRN-472S.
• Weekly perform DC Generator check-up process.
• Monitoring backup system, perform tape change activity - Commvault, Arcserve & Veritas Backup Exec.
• AMC vendor coordination for preventive maintenance: DC CCU A/C, UPS, Generator, EMS, CCTV & Fire suppression system.
• Weekly visit to each DC site.
• Monitor and maintain server system - HP Blade System c7000 Enclosure G3, HP ProLiant BL460c Gen9, HP ProLiant BL460c Gen10, HP ProLiant DL380 Gen8, DELL PowerEdge MX7000 Enclosure, DELL PowerEdge MX740c, DELL PowerEdge R540.
• Monitor and maintain storage system - HP 3PAR Store Server 7200, HP 3PAR Store Server 8200, DELL PowerStore 1000T BASE ENC, QNAP.
• Managing VMware infrastructure environment with 100 plus guest operating systems which includes Windows, Linux, and other virtual servers.
• Creating and managing Virtual Machines, Templates and Clones.
• Performs VMware vMotion for VMs during any maintenance activity on ESXi hosts.
• Migrate Physical Servers to Virtual Server(P2V).
• Monitoring of VM’s & ESXi servers (CPU, Memory, Disk, Network Utilization).
• Office 365 administration - subscription renewal, purchasing additional license, adding and removing users, changing licenses, and resetting passwords.
• Hands on experience in creating users, computers, groups in AD server and assigning permission to share folders for the users in FILE server.
• Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting AD, DNS, DHCP servers.
• Perform desk side support for both hardware and software.
• Install and provide first line support for all business applications.
• Provide support for internet connection, switches, wireless APs (Extreme Networks).
• Installing, monitoring, and maintaining Antivirus - Trend Micro, Cylance & Sophos.
• Adobe creative cloud portal administration - subscription renewal, user creation, assigning and removing adobe CC license.
