• Established training and development programs procedures and built the databases.
• Interviewed and assessed job applicants and candidates.
Identify key people requirements, plan for HR business unit.
• Design and delivery of business unit transformation projects that improve organization, team and individual effectiveness.
• Develop resource planning and forecasting for the Business Units, providing professional HR advice to ensure future business strategies are appropriately supported.
• Encourage senior management to utilize employee strategies to motivate teams and create a climate for the development and retention of high caliber people.
• Assist in the implementation of global business initiatives within the business unit, ensuring a pragmatic, effective delivery and follow up.
• Participate in cross functional HR project teams, utilizing breadth of commercial knowledge about the business unit, generally in support of transformation changes.
• Create pro- active support and HR solutions for the business areas.
• Provide HR guidance and advice to senior management on HR policy and procedures, balancing commercial needs with best practice.
• Acting as a personal coach, giving guidance and support when required to senior management team in business units.
• Prepare Timesheets and Payroll and help Financial Dep.
• Have a full knowledge in GOSI, Government Relations, Labor Office & Law and Passports Office.
