Duties:
Carry out all sales related delegated tasks to the highest level .
Taking an active role in coaching and mentoring the Retal Advisors, in order to improve their general selling and service skills.
Managing the store’s day to day operational aspect.
Carry out all operational & administration delegated tasks to the highest level .
Ensuring that the Store complies to all set process & prodeures in terms of cash, inventory, administration and sales process.
Ensuring that the Store is running in a smooth and effecient manner and that company set process & procdures are adhered to.
Coaching and mentoring all Retail Advisors in ‘how to provide’ the highest level of service to our customers.
Leading by example when dealing with customers, both for selling & service, personally delivering the highest level of service to each and every customer
Ensuring that the Store is always presented well, in terms of general store cleanliness, tidiness and overall presentation of product and people.
Liaise with all Retail and VF Support functions, as required, in order to ensure the smooth running of the store.
Fulfilling all the duties & tasks of a Store Manager including reporting to Line Manager, attendance at meetings, communicating general information and so on.
Duties:
1.Supporting the Store Manager in the day to day operations of the store as a shift leader.
2.Assisting the colleagues by providing solutions to the problems of the customers as a shift leader.
3.Ensuring the highest level of customer experience and satisfaction.
4.Being responsible for the duties, assigned by the store manager time to time.
5.Preparing the daily cash balance report & individual performance report.
6. Responsible for the stock & handling inventory checks as directed by the Store manager.
7.Handling sales exchanges, returns & cancellations on Manager’s approval.
8.Ensuring the cleanliness, tidiness & appearance of the store.
9.Being Responsible for opening & closing of the store as directed by the Store manager.
10. Briefing the new processes & policies sent by the retail operations to the team members, if managers are not available in the store.
