• Handling entire Recruitment and Resignation process of Vishwa BPO (Pvt) Ltd, N-Able (Pvt) ltd and Hemas Group IT Division which are direct subsidiary of Hemas Holdings PLC.
• Assisting Senior HR Manager in Performance Management System
• Handling JD Project
• Preparing HR reports such as wagebill, CTC and Turn over analysis
• Assisting Senior HR Manager in Training and Development
• Rewards and recognition ( Values award)
• Grievances handling
• Ensure the employee career development and talent Management
• Identify employee issues and Advice dept heads on those issues & to ensure proper implementation of Company rules & regulations

• Formulate and maintain updated and effective training resource database
