• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and monitor their effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present maintenance reports, analyzing data to inform decision-making.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers. Arranging machinery to OEM service specialists for annual services and rebuilding works.
• Executing production activities by directing QC and production team having 36 operators and workers.
• Preparing the production plan by coordinating with Marketing, Raw Material and Packaging Material stores and Sales teams.
• Coordinating and conducting operational safety rehash training to machine operators and toolbox talks to technical staff for continue monitoring and implementation towards safety work environment.
• Executing maintenance and utilities to perform PM schedules as required.
• Attending and instructing breakdowns to resolve the issues with help of maintenance team having 3 engineers, 14 technicians.
• Reviewing and discussing MTTR, MTBF, PM to CM and Maintenance score reports daily to eliminate the unwanted downtimes with better engineering solutions.
• Inspecting stores and plant area on daily basis to ensure the operational procedures and hygiene activities.
• Conducting daily, weekly and monthly meetings among utilities and maintenance departments to follow up on line performance.
• Coordinating planning team to procure material to perform planned maintenance works.
• Preparing required spare parts list for service in both secondary packing and processing areas for each and every individual machines based on the running hours recommended by Tetrapak (OEM).
• Approval and inspection of local purchase Material Requests by technicians.
• Follow up OEM engineer travel status and line availability to perform annual service and rebuilding works.
• Preparing monthly maintenance and machine performance reports like efficiency, availability to production and downtime to get a clear picture where improvement needed.
• Coordinate the third-party certification institutes to ensure and comply with local government regulations like Health and Safety, Fire, Water board and Electricity board.
• Doing regular inspection to ensure and implement hygiene operational procedures and keep documentation for audits like AIB, Municipal, ISO 14001etc.,
• Reporting daily activities and produced SKU’s quantity to the Production and logistics mangers to assist them to plan the future production activities.
• Preparing work schedules and allocating duties to production and maintenance teams through time office.

• Planning and scheduling the preventive maintenance works, assigning the execution team, supervising the task, recording the task data, review and closing the permits.
• Collaborating with Production, Ultra Heat Treatment (UHT), Utilities, Fabrication workshops, Health & Safety, Stores and overseas purchase departments to plan and perform maintenance safely and reliable.
• Preparing Tetrapak Maintenance System schedules, Arrangement of manpower, spares and Performing Maintenance for Aseptic Packing Filling machines (A3 Speed 400V & 500V).
• Working on Maximo asset management V7.6 to create and store asset numbers and corresponding information like parent, location, vendor, status and maintenance cost.
• Creating work orders with the help of historical record of the work requested and performed on the asset which includes task, material, services, tools needed, and the Labour to complete the task.
• Preparing Daily production reports in production management system.
• Issuing and returns of raw materials from store to production location as per the plan of production.
• Taking the readings of SFG and Final Goods updating in Daily plant review report.
• Preparing day wise production, LCR - PCR reports for risk audits.
• Safety Plans, Risk Assessments (JSA, TSA and Rebuilding works) Hazard Identification.
• Inspection of safety at Heights works, planned preventive maintenance, Welding works, Electricals works, pipeline installation.
• Preparing Breakdown Analysis reports through CMMS as well as Why - Why Analysis.
• Preparing and Approval of Spare parts report (Local Market, Departmental and Central Store).
• Generating, Approval and Execution of work orders through Maximo and SAP.
• Taking training classes to new employees to improve their awareness (5S, machine Safety), to reduce the unwanted interruption and improve productivity.

• Working on Quick reporting, produce orders and Produce reports.

• Maintenance of Pneumatic compressor (Atlas Copco 75+ FF) Screw and piston type and knowledge of pneumatic systems (2 to 8 bar) installation and maintenance.
• Experience in repair and maintenance of Heat exchangers and their components (shell and tube, plate or fin type, cooling towers).
• Preventive and predictive maintenance of steam boilers (Water tube & fire tube) and Burners (Diesel and Direct gas injection burners).
• Having experience of maintenance and cleaning of Storage tanks records maintaining (Fixed roof tanks, Underground storage tanks, Horizontal tanks 30000 liter)
• Experience in handling Heat exchanger flushing (Machine passivation) using cleaning chemicals such as Caustic soda (NaOH- 5%), Nitric acid (HNO3-33%), Hydraulic fluid, transmission fluids etc.
• Experience in Hydraulic system (40 to 120 bar) trouble shooting, maintenance, installation and modification works.
• Experience in belt drive and chain drives both in reduction and increasing speed.
• Preparing schedules and Performing Maintenance for Aseptic Packing Filling machines (TBA 8, 19, 22, TPA flex, A3 Speed & A3 Compact flex).
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of Material transferring machinery like Screw feeders, Bucker elevators, Belt conveyors (fixed length and telescopic), Chain conveyors.
• Maintenance of overhead flour dividers, blowers and proofing units (flat belt and pocket chain type).
• Monitoring and inspection of the scaffold works (step type), erection (clearing the uneven areas, quality checking of material) daily inspection with tagging, anchoring and dismantling.
• Periodic inspection of firefighting equipment, emergency evacuation routes, workshops, internal stores and machinery.
