Creating roadmaps for IT support, purchases and budget controls to reduce overall operational costs of resources, infrastructure and applications as well as create an alignment between business/technology plans

Providing assistance and maintenance of all network components of IT infrastructure; monitoring the performance and resolving problems related to IT systems & network infrastructure
Leading the design & documentation of infrastructure processes, procedures & standards along with the maintenance and preparation of system and software documentation
Developing the cost estimates and recommending systems development as well as upgradations to existing systems; evaluating infrastructure services equipment and software for purchase
Ensuring proper communication between L3 and L2 teams and observed the resolution to escalations within the given Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
Supervising the printer installation, support and co-ordination with the managed print service provider
