Company Profile: Clique HRM is one of the largest HR & OD Consulting firms of the Middle East. The company has five major divisions - HR & OD Consulting, Training, Outsourcing, HR Technology & Advisory Services, across two branches in Dubai, UAE.
I am responsible for the business and I spearhead all the consulting projects.

• Spearheaded 7 major multi-million HR projects - Greenfield, Shared Services, Due Diligence, HR Audits, M&A, Organization Design & Development, Total Rewards, Talent Management
• Designed & implemented customised Performance Management systems for over 6000 employees
• Developed the Compensation & Benefits structure for an MNC with over 2600 employees
• Led the Merger & Acquisition team of a major conglomerate in acquiring a subsidiary
• Improved business profitability to a double-digit growth within the first year of existence.
• Designed & developed Training & Development programmes, assessment centres & testing tools for employees in client organizations.
Responsible for the complete HR activities of the Etihad Airport Services (EAS) comprising of Ground Operations, Cargo, Catering & Duty Free with over 5500 personnel. Spearheaded post-merger integration of Etihad Airways subsidiaries into the mainstream corporate, being the key person driving the change management & transformation of HR Service Delivery, Operations, Rewards & Benefits, HR Policies, support functions and aligning the business goals of the subsidiaries with that of the corporate.

Role: Heading the Group for entire gamut of HR activities as well as administration of these business units, supported by a team of 36 managers at various levels and divisions. Responsible for strategic planning of the Group’s HR processes ensuring synergy with overall business plans of the organization. This includes OD interventions, C&B, Talent Management, Performance Management, HR Strategies, Acquisition / Retention & Succession, Organizational Restructuring, Change Management and formulation of procedures and processes.
Responsible for the entire gamut of HR functions of the region for over 6000 personnel.
