Handle a team of junior relationship managers and responsi le for the team target of life insurance policies
• Handling of 12 Sales Managers and the total branch operations of loggins and issuing the policies.
• Training the new Sales Managers and going on field work with them initially.
• Conducting everyday meetings in the office and setting the day target.
• Honoring the top Sales Managers every month with special gifts and dinner offers.
• Implementing new schemes and new incentive packages apart from salaries.
• Visiting the houses of Sales Managers and meeting their families and also checking whether they are on field or not.
• Everyday minimum 4 hours Joint field work with UM's and their advisors.
• Reporting to the Regional Manager about day to day achievements daily.
