A. Review, study, initial discussion in the meeting with Consultant/ Sub Consultant and comments on the proposal of Architectural, Structural drawings in coordination of Air conditioning system, Electrical System, Drainage and plumbing etc before finalizing the tender documents and tender drawings submitted by consultants.
B. Feasibility study for the all new projects and to ensure that the project is commercially viable.
C. Inviting, negotiating, finalizing and award of the tenders, contracts, quotations etc. for various projects.
D. Review and comments on shop drawings submitted by contractor.
E. Supervision to the project site for the timely completion of project.
F. Project management, progress monitoring, coordination, site visit and meetings with consultants and contractors.
G. Collection of various information for new construction products and implementation.
H. Reporting to and coordination with Sr. Project manager of projects and properties and Directors of the companies for various projects.
I. Projects related correspondence with all concerns.
J. Quantity surveying and estimation of various works.
K. Keep recording the changes at the time of construction, Work out the positive and negative Variation and finalizing the same with consultants and contractors.
L. Checking and approval of the interim valuations of contractor and final settlement of the contractor’s account at time of completion of project
M. Emphasis on quality work, safety, submittals and approved procedure.

A.Overall Supervision to all fieldwork including HSE, Quality Monitoring, Security arrangement and other facilities based on approved procedure.
B.Report to the project manager if there is any discrepancy in the drawings, queries to be raised and coordinate with control department for the resolution of the same.
C.Execution of works in accordance with Drawings, Specifications and Required Quality standard as per QA/QC Manual.
D.Monitor and report progress against the construction schedule
E.Coordinate with subcontractors, meeting etc. to communicate and confirm the work force at site as per manpower requirement at site for each day, week or month.
F.Total concentration on major and minor jobs to complete within the time schedule by achieving high standard of quality work
G.Site meeting co-ordination and liaison with consultant (WS Atkins), the CFW and OLNG authorities for work inspection and approval prior to concrete pouring
H.Working with high standard of safety, conduction Tool Box Talk and emphasis of PPE

K.Maintain files related to field works (procedure, bending schedule, shop drawings and site instruction issued by consultant, other approved documents etc.

A. As a Project Manager, I was charged with responsibility for the complete and satisfactory execution of the entire project, dealing with the employer, Site meeting co-ordination and liaisons with architects, consultants and clients.
B. Reviewing the contract before the start of work, establishing the Project Quality Plan (PQP), including quality objectives for the project
C. Development of project staff for the implementation of the quality system stipulated in the PQP, ensuring the compliance with all Health, Safety and environment.
D. Organizing and overseeing job site administration, organizing and assessing the Project Quality Plan implementation.
E. Developing, Monitoring, Updating and communicating the progress schedule and its periodic revisions.
F. Managing the direct labour force, subcontractor schedules, quality of work, coordination with other trades and payments, cost progress targets with production.
G. Creating and maintaining a safe/secure job site environment, Identifying and resolving all changes.
H. Overall responsibility to manage the projects with Concentration on economizing with organizing the labours, material, supervision etc.
