As the lead Architect he executed multple projects along with 2 other associates after start ing his firm. He is now looking to venture out into Dubai by working as an architect in order to gain significant market experience in the gulf.
After gaining experience in how to create a perfect system in Interior design, he and few of his associates began executing interior projects in Mumbai by starting up his own interior firm. This firm was later closed as his partners went on to a diferent country for pursuing Masters.
To understand and learn more about the interior design market in Mumbai, Subhinav joined this large scale interior design startup where he took the lead along with his team to exe cute multiple interior projects as a Design Partner.
As a freelance architect, Subhinav upgraded his skillsets through multiple online courses related to Business, Architecture and Metaverse. He worked with other Architects in the industry acting as a contract consultant for various tedious project tasks.
COVID-19 pandemic has had a big impact on everyones life. Radiant Enterprises aims to work with manufacturers and supply innovative products to the hospitals, corporates and the distributors around the country to help reach every consumer who needs them. Taking a break from Architecture to contribute to the society, Subhinav gained more leader ship and sales experience running this business.
Worked on Small Scale Residential and Commercial Projects including interior design. This internship gave Subhinav face to face interaction with the clients as he took the lead with other interns in this small scale architecture studio.
Worked on Large Scale Projects like DLF, Lodha Pallava School in Navi Mumbai, Congress Headquarters in Delhi, and many more. This internship was life changing experience as it gave Subhinav the exposure to macro scale project execution and team work.
