Reporting directly to Executive VP - P&C Shared Services, accountable for entire HR Shared Services function for entire Group which consist of 28, 000+ employees / 28 BUs by developing more streamlined HR operational process across the Group and thus optimize the existing process and resources in place. Liaise with other functional leaders and understand the scope of continuous improvement & other operational challenges to support them with developing and implementing the best-in-class processes which enables the HR Shared Services to provide excellent customer service by completing the activities as per SLAs/Improves the KPIs.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services teams (People Services, Recruitment, Payroll, Govt Relations & Business Support Service) to
identify process improvement opportunities, this includes working with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
and achieve project goals
• Develop and utilise Methodologies, Processes, Models and Metrics to provide accurate information for end-to end process
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Develop tools and methodologies that reduce process waste and complexity and improve cost and productivity
• Conduct benchmarking and research to identify best practices and process improvement opportunities
• Identification and implementation of improvement initiatives
• Establish a continuous improvement culture and grow the improvement skill level within HR Shared Services
• Initiate Business process modelling through the accuracy of process mapped and adherence to standards
• Monitor and track process improvements metrics and KPI's to measure effectiveness of process improvement initiatives

Senior Team Leader - People Services at Al Ghurair Investment

Reporting directly to Executive VP - P&C Shared Services, accountable for entire HR Shared Services function in Abu Dhabi region supporting HR operations of all BUs / entities in the region with population of over 6000 employees. Direct reports of 9 team members, responsible for daily HR operational activities.
Working closely with Executive VP - P&C, with designing and implementation of HR policies, develop and execute HR strategies in line with Group Vision for cultural transformation and performance optimization to uplift the HR customer service standards by process enhancements for organizational development, ensure the complete legal compliance with HR activities, improve employee engagement activities for increased productivity and retention, foster teamwork, inclusive working environment, diversity, and sustainability in the organization.
As a team responsible for Onboarding, Offboarding, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Employee Relations & Services, Visa Management, License and Certificate Renewals, Insurance Management, HRMS Implementation, and Legal Compliance.
Key Achievements:
• Successfully driven the change management and performance optimization within the team

•Driven the organizational development by successfully developing & handling the culture change management, leadership development and succession planning. o Drove an improvement in the employee participation for the employee opinion survey to 93% (4.19 score out of 5) and the development of employee satisfaction initiatives.
