i) Preparing Preventive Maintenance schedule
ii) Management of manpower allocation
iii) Supervising the Maintenance Work and Inspecting the Machine during running iv) Attending Break downs Round the Clock specially in SIEMENS Master Drives (VVVF) & ABB ACS 800 DTC Drives and Siemens DC- Converter (SIMOREG DC-MASTER) taking corrective action to avoid further failurev) Preparing Spares requirement
working round the clock Electrical & Electronics Maintenance experience under experienced Engineers in Electrical Grab ship un loaders (GSU) and Ship loader(SL), Harbor mobile cranes(HMC) having Siemens SIMOREG DC-MASTER and SIEMENS DC-CONVERTER Drive Panels, ABB ACS 800 DTC Drive Panels & AC 800 and and Siemens (SIMATIC S7300 and S7 400) PLC’s.
Maintenance includes executing preventive maintenance Yearly, Halfyearly, Monthly, Weekly / Daily Inspection and submission of reports as per ISO norms, Attending Breakdown round the clock on emergency calls, Troubleshooting and normalizing as per operational requirement in short time independently.
Maintenance :Familiar in troubleshooting of Siemens VVVF drives, ABB ACS 800 Direct torque control (DTC) Like replacement of braking choppers, Electronics cards like power supply card, CUVC card, EB1 card, IGBT card, standardizing module and precharging, etc.and also replacement of mccb, contactors, relay’s, Timers, limit switches, cooling fans, brake thrustors and repairing of contactors, relay’s, limitswitches, thrustors etc..of Siemens VVVF drives.Maintenance and troubleshooting including modification of programmed in ABB AC800, S7300 and S7400 PLC & SCADA Systems, Troubleshooting including modification of AC/DC Drive system, Profibus communication with PLC, Drive, ASI-Master etc well covenant with Optical & Profibus communication of ZPMC Grab Ship un loader and Ship loader cranes and Siemens DC- Converter (SIMOREG DC-MASTER) of GOTTWALD (G HMK 6406) HMC (Harbor mobile cranes ).
Responsibilities:

iv) Attending Break downs Round the Clock specially in SIEMENS Master Drives (VVVF) & ABB ASTAT-84 and ASTAT-9 Thyristor Drives and taking corrective action to avoid further failure

vi) Submitting reports as per ISO9001 standards
working round the clock Electrical & Electronics Maintenance experience under experienced Engineers in Electrical Level Luffing TRF 15 Ton / 10 Ton Cranes at Visakhapatnam Port Trust having VVVF Siemens Drive Panels, ABB Astat-84 Thyristor Drive Panels & ABB ACC 600 & ACS400, Astat-9 Thyristor Drive Panels with Allan Bradley PLC.
Maintenance includes executing preventive maintenance, Weekly / Daily Inspection and submission of reports as per ISO norms, Attending Breakdown round the clock on emergency calls, Troubleshooting and normalizing as per operational requirement in short time independently.
Maintenance :
Familiar in troubleshooting of Siemens VVVF drives, ASTAT84, ASTAT9 with plc ABB drives, ACS600/400 ABB drives and conventional drives of TRF, Muckunda, Joshop ELL cranes.Like replacement of braking choppers, Electronics cards like power supply card, CUVC card, EB1 card, IGBT card, standardizing module and precharging, etc..and also replacement of mccb, contactors, relay’s, Timers, limit switches, cooling fans, brake thrustors and repairing of contactors, relay’s, limitswitches, thrustors etc..of Siemens vvvf drives.
Troubleshooting of ABB drives like replacement of yxt124, yxt125, yxu175, yxo143 electronics cards and screen cables, copper tips, contactors, mccb’s and also commissioning of drive like adjustment of speedreference, tacho feed back, current setting etc…

Description : The project is to Wagen Tippler, Conveyer & Staker and Reclimer. For Running plant in Auto mode.
