o Develop and implement project execution strategy for the MEP services, ensure the implementation of quality control standards and cost control on project for on time completion. Reporting to the Director Operation Liaison with the senior Project manager,
Procurement manager, QA/QC, HSE department, H R and other departments where necessary.
o Preparing the project mobilization plan inclusive of staffing, ensuring the project deliverable is assigned as per project kick-off meeting.
o Project costing and cost control in order to ensure the completion of the project within budget and on time.
o Ensure the execution of project in accordance with the contract document inclusive of drawing, specification.
o Working in accordance main contractor’s programme of work and any superseding documents etc.
o Managing and leading the project team, reporting to the Senior Manager. \
o Control & Monitoring project progress and performance. Providing status reports to the Top Management.
o Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
o Ensuring the project deliverable are assigned as per project kick-off meeting.
o Ensure all works are executed in compliance with the requirement of all statuary authorities that has jurisdiction over the scope of work i.e. DEWA and all particular standards as applicable to the project.
o Ensure the adherence to the relevant company’s procedures and policies.
o Attending main contractor and consultant weekly & monthly work progress, HSE meetings.
o Interacting with procurement's team & schedules the materials delivery, reviewing bid summary prior to issuing letter of intent.
Project Manager (HVAC)
Though recruited as Project Manager (Mechanical/ HVAC) Represented to the Main contractor/Client As a MEP Manager, responsibilities involved in Mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Fighting) Works design issues, execution & coordination as per project specification
As a Technical Manager, to manage Design & execusion of HVAC multifunctional projects., consisting of Multi story buildings, Textile processing Machines, offices, rest rooms, Restaurants, Garment section, showrooms, Knitting section etc.
Each Project Value: approximately US $1 - 1.5 Million.
