• Conducting tool box talk before the job starts on daily basis regarding company’s health, safety & environmental policy, work permit & procedures.
• Carried out Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up activity and Reporting to plant PC&SU leader.
• Preparing Safe work permits, hot work, Cold work lifting and confined space permit as well as JSA (job safety analyses) prepare and receiving permit.
• Carried out Preventive & Corrective maintenance program activities for Rotating and Static equipment’s.
• To perform minor and major overhaul such as centrifugal pumps, compressors, and positive displacement pumps, compressor and all kind of valves.
• Rectify the shaft alignment of rotating equipment laser alignment and knowledge about mechanical seal replacing and seal plan problem solving
• Performing other works such as preparation of documents site maintaining spare parts, create work requesting and closed work orders in oracle and transportation of material and site cleaning.
• Trouble shooting and repair all type of valves attend the leaking, passing and stuck-up for repairing and overhauling.
• Trouble - shooting and fault findings on Rotating Equipment failure and Inspection of equipment & machinery to lubricate for smooth operations.
• Perform & witnessing the System final box up, Mechanical Running test, lube oil flushing, System leak test and inert gas purging.
• Knowledge about METSO crusher and wobblers’ feeder and Grizzly feeder. Replace the wobblers bar & bearing and Replaced Grizzly cassette and screen panel and jaw die change.
• Knowledge about jaw dies hydraulic cylinder replacement and belt conveyor roller and frame replacement.
• To perform maintenance works on high pressure equipment and hydraulic tensioning and tightening of high pressure joints.
• Carried out Conveyor belt alignment and replaced the head pulley, bend pulley and impact roller, roller frame.
• Carry out blinding and de‐blinding of connecting pipelines to equipment.
• Ensuring that all the tools are properly utilized and Keeping tools & workplace clean on daily basis
• Updating and closing the PM&CM Work orders and reported to maintenance supervisor at the right time.
• Performing other works such as preparation of documents site maintaining spare parts, create work requesting and closed work orders in oracle (SAP) and transportation of material and site.
• Having Good Knowledge in Computer applications, Updating for daily and weekly report in emails

•Carried out Preventive & Corrective maintenance program activities for Rotating and Static equipment’s. Assisted the vendor in replacement of journal bearings, thrust bearings of steam turbine and pumps.
•Rectifying the shaft alignment of rotating equipment and knowledge about mechanical seal replacing and seal plan problem solving
•Carried out Alignment for Rotating equipment of Pump, Compressor, Blower (Rim and Face, Reverse method and laser alignment)
