Senior Site Quantity Surveyor reporting directly to the Contract Administrator and Senior Project Manager, on a daily basis on matters covering the whole scope of the project. Responsibilities during the project comprise typically the following:
Preparation of Monthly payment applications and submission/subsequent agreement of certificates with the Client.
Review, preparation and negotiation of Engineer Instructions and Variation Orders.
Issuing and follow-ups of RFQ with various supplier/subcontractors and Reviewing, Preparing the Comparison Statement from the Suppliers/Subcontractor’s Offers.
Preparation and negotiation of the Subcontract agreements finalization of the same with approved Subcontractors.
Monitoring the progress of the Subcontractors works and preparing their monthly Interim payment certificate for all Subcontractors.
Review, preparation and negotiation of Engineers Instructions and Variation Orders with the Subcontractors.
Prepare and submit the financial / cost report to the higher management in conjunction with the Contract Administrator and the Project manager
