• Handling overall branches related to Accounts / Finance.
• Bank and Cash Reconciliation.
• Handling Accounts Receivables and Payables.
• Registering and checking all base purchase invoice (Purchase Dept.)
• Stock Audit
• Prepares & Monitors grant & categorical reports & claims to minimize dealerships disallowances
• Ledger scrutiny of suppliers & customers on monthly basis
• Preparing & maintaining the ledger balance & verifying the legitimacy of the work processed by sub-ordinates
• Corresponding with customers for their query raised & resolves it.
• Effective management of my team & keeping the team members highly motivated
• Raising debit & credit notes to customers & suppliers (on demand)
• Functions as a primary contact for external auditors
• Monthly calculation of statutory compliances
• Calculates various Ratio as required by company on monthly basis.
• Prepares MIS of Service & Sale bills
• Reporting to the immediate superior with all the updates related to Accounts / Finance on daily basis
