• Working as a key member of the accounting team in Group Head Office and responsible for all accounts requirements from different departments (Sales, Leasing, Property Management, Individual Property Management And Valuation Department Etc)
• Reviewing AP and AR entries and preparing monthly Journal Entries, Adjustments & Accruals
• Finding priorities workloads and oversee completion of Monthly and Financial period reports by the accounting team.
• Key role in preparation of Annual Budgets as well as Monthly Re - forecasts.
• Preparation of Monthly and Year-End Statements on an Accrual basis with Analysis
• Reconciling and Analyzing Accounts on monthly basis and Updating checklists
• Communicating Effectively on Financial Information’s with all Internal Departments, Auditor’s & clients.
• Preparing Year End Reports and Audit Working papers: Liaise with the Auditors and provided all required information
• Monitoring Receivables, Payables, Expenses and Petty cash Accounts
• Preparing Bank Reconciliation every week.
• Preparing Monthly and Quarterly Reports and Analyzing with Financial statements including budget comparison operation statement, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet (with schedules) for major accounts, capital Expenditures and cash flow statements.
• Checking petty cash claims from the branch offices and forwarding for re- imbursement approvals with necessary comments.
• Checking bank accounts (22 Accounts.) in daily basis and reporting to the Accounts Manager about the daily balance.
• Verifying and cross checking all payment vouchers and forwarding for cheque preparation.
