• Supporting Management Accountant, Financial Accountant and Credit Controller as and when required.
• Generating sales receipts and entering purchase invoices into the general ledger.
• Identifying and promoting cost-reducing measures.
• Control of authorization and payment of purchase invoices.
• Updating general ledger and respective documents for bounced cheques.
• Updating & entering journals for sales revenue and other transactions.
• Reconciliation with supplier statement of accounts.
• Filing, archiving & photocopying of invoices, statements and correspondence.
• Logging, investigating and resolving supplier invoices under query.
I am an ACCA affiliate with specialisation in P4 -Advanced Financial Management and P7: Advanced Audit and Assurance. •I am a highly energetic and ambitious individual, with a sharp learning curve. On the journey through ACCA I have been able to develop strong number crunching capabilities and ability to ‘think outside the box’. Excellent communication skills combined with leadership qualities has resulted in forefront responsibilities of managing and conducting various academic and non-academic events. Ability to work in groups is a strong factor of me.
