• Cooperates with FEM and SM in the preparation of the site Document distribution matrix.
• Distribute documents according to the said matrix plus any additions/supplements made by the Site Manger or Engineering Manager
• Attributes the correct code and progressive number for outgoing documents, use the appropriate template and keeps dedicated log. Upload these to EDMS.
• Check the formal correctness of issue type and coding for documents produced at Site.
• Record and prepare transmittal forms through site PDB for outgoing technical documents.
• Checks the related status in order to ensure that documents received are in accordance with the revision status indicated and marking them off.
• Files the Field document and reference documents.
• Keep control of the flow of documents required for consultation/other.
• Cooperate with FEM for the transferring of the documentation foreseen to /from HO.
• Update periodic reconciliation with home office document controller for updating document registers.
• Handling restricted documents/Printing/Logging/Filing etc.
• Submit the restricted documents to Client and get the approval for de-classify the document to confidential.
• Printing and stamping the declassified documents and file.
• Update different logs periodically.
• Manage the FTP, upload/download according to the requirement.
• Prepare restricted document on Tag wise and transmit the same to the Site for inspection purposes according to the request.
• Manage IPP requests/file and update logs.
• Provide PDB/VDB access to the users.
