• Desktop support for client machines, printers, internet, network and other IT assets.
• Server support, moving user in AD and -a admin support.

• Provide an interface for other activities like Incident, Problem, Configuration and Change Management, ie: maintain - Baselines, Checklists, Standard Approach, Documents and Conformity.
• Provide a good first impression to all forms of user communication by acknowledgments, follow-ups and by adding value where most beneficial.
• Prioritizes, Categorizes and Classifies Incidents correctly, making informed decisions concerning Impact, Type, Nature of the Incident and the urgency of support or escalation.
• Proactively escalate Incidents before they breach, even to the attention of Vendor Support Services, IT Systems Administrator or IT Manager.
• Keep Users informed on status and progress of their Incidents.
Spearheading activities with the assistance of 2 Personnel, reporting to the General Manager and responsible for being the overall Incharge of IT activities and ON-Call Support.
Involved in activities related to User Support, Hardware, Software and Network Problem Troubleshooting & Solution including Server Maintenance, ERP Software Back up and Antivirus Updating.
Responsible for monitoring & maintaining Operating System and MS Software & Visual Software Support and preparation of MIS reports and POS support.(MRMS and ERP - Synthesis)
As System Administrator for their firm involving simple function of adding users, backups etc.
Maintaining and Monitoring Banks leasd line network involving routers, modems, and other security implementations.
Maintaining server backup and overlook of Domain, mail, and ISA server.
User IT Helpdesk and Support.
Internal LAN and other machines in AMC. (Service, troubleshoot)
Service Engineer trainee for company’s different field customers for their PC machines, printers, and simple networking
Placing orders and quotation for the firm from different customers.
3 year Diploma in Computer Hardware and Maintenance ( Computer Science ) with Computer Hardware and Operating systems as major.
