• Overall Laboratory Operation management like planning, work allocation, in time testing, report generation, investigation, CAPA and trouble shooting
• Development and validation of test methods (Standard, customer, in house etc.)
• Review all the tests are performed as per the approved methods.
• Responsible to implement any new test method and process.
• Ensure that latest version of test standards are followed in the laboratory.
• Prepare, meet and follow up on meetings with decision makers in our clients organizations.

• Responsible for review and approval of final test report
• Ensuring laboratory is in line with quality system implementation and adherence as per ISO /IEC 17025 all the time in day to day operation.
• For all non-conformance/deviations and customer complaints perform investigations and take necessary action as per quality system
• Monitoring TAT of the Lab on daily basis.
• Resource management: Maintaining optimum laboratory productivity by monitoring workload of functional areas; identifying peak and slack periods; making operational or resource optimisation.
• Recruitment of all technical & Supportive manpower
• Ensure implementation of management system in lab.
• Ensure competences, quality & integrity in all activities.
• Responsible for approving withdrawal of test reports.
• Monitoring customer complaints and ensuring closure with effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Management of resource training: Provide technical training and its authorization.
• Review and assessment of performance of the staff members.
• Supporting BD & Sales for responding to new queries and development of the capability.
• To provide Technical support and address technical issues.
• To work in coordination with finance and purchase team for procurement
• Procedures and ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained at the laboratory and necessary predefined MIS reports.
• Ensuring that confidentiality and integrity is maintained at all times in the laboratory.
• Ensuring traceability of all reference materials and calibration of equipment.
• Ensuring all the laboratory instruments are maintained and calibrated as per predefined periodic frequencies.
• Communicating to QM in Quality related issues.

• Verification of test reports, ensuring the products to meet GSO and other international standards as part of customer requirement.
• Provide the test parameter for various food and water as per the GSO and other international standard.
• Supervise the technician for RT PCR operation and ensure the analyzed data.
• Provide Lab testing plan for catering industry as per national and international standard.
• Provide food safety guidelines for reducing some bacterial contamination in food.
• Conduct the ISO 17025 and LIMS training for newly recruited staff.
• Ensure the quality of result in a safe and timely manner.
• Develop new test method and validate the test method. Prepare the SOP for developed method.
• Give Food safety guidelines for Food manufacturer companies, Catering and hotels.
• Laboratory Auditing and preparation of audit reports and preparation of documents for external ISO 17025 and client audits.
• Prepare monthly inventory for chemical and other lab accessories.
• Review the contracts, Purchase and supplies. Evaluate the suppliers.
• Ensuring timely delivery of and improvements to service levels for customers and the evaluation and development of a wider range of analytical services for customers.
• Identifying resources at team level to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of routine analysis.
• Identifying and direct team problem solving and decision making for the short and medium term with respect to methodologies and instrumentation.
• Promoting a professional external image through the maintenance of high standards of relationship with local regulatory bodies and customers.
• Validate the method for Legionella spp as per revised version of ISO 11731.
• Over all coordination and daily verification for the system compliance in the laboratory.
• Routine Microbiological analysis food and water.
• Enumeration and Identification of food borne pathogen and hygiene indicator organisms.
• Daily temperature monitoring and quality check list for equipments.
• Analysis of water and waste water by using membrane filtration and MPN method.
• Media and reagent preparation for routine microbiology analysis.
• Onsite food contact surface swab sample collection for personal hygiene and Equipments.
• Analysis of aflatoxin from Nuts sample and Pesticide from various food sample.
• Analyzing the water sample as per IATA standard and ensure the water quality for National aviation service.
• Make yearly external and internal calibration plan for all equipments.

• Proven proficiency in microbiological and chemical analysis of food and water matrixes as per national and international methods and standards including GSO, AOAC, APHA, ISO, PHLS, IATA and US EPA.
• Specialization in Detection of Food borne pathogen Meat species by RT PCR method.
• Chemical analysis of both drinking water and waste water, Calcium, Magnesium, sodium, Chloride, Lead, Arasanic, Mercury, Copper, Sodium bi carbonate, Potassium, alkalinity and other metals by using Nano colour and merck Photometric method.
• Microbial analysis of bakery product, raw material water and waste water.
• Monthly GMP visit, monitoring CCP, and Conduct the HACCP, sanitation Inspection for food processing equipment and hand swab test.
• Total coliform and fecal coliform, yeast and mold test, E.coli Salmonella spp, B.cereus, S.aureus and Clostridium perfringens test etc.
• COD, BOD, MLSS, SVI, chlorine, hardness and other metal test by using palin test method
• Uncertainty calculation, Proficiency test and prepare document for ISO 17025.
• Maintain ISO 22000: 2005, HACCP document and accurate log books of all performed Procedure.
• Implement new SOP, instrument calibration and give the guidelines for chlorination of water.
• Food contact surface swab, perform Afla toxin test for all raw materials, Pest control document verification and Air sampling test
• Prepare Quality control X bar chart and compare the known culture result with quality control chart to ensure the test method.
• Run the PT sample bimonthly for Proficiency testing certificate.
• Executed proficiency testing for validation of microbiology laboratory methods.
• Provided technical expertise in the areas of food microbiology and food safety.
• Ordered laboratory supplies, maintained inventory and consignments.
• Maintained communication, both oral and written, with key people about the results for their products.
• Checked samples releases for microbial limits, environmental and water test.
• Monthly microbiological visit for Arabic bakeries and collecting water sample, employee hand swab and Arabic bread
