a. To ensure that all relevant licenses / permits are regularly renewed and all legal, Medico legal cases and statutory requirements related to land, building and equipments of the hospital are fulfilled.
b. To be totally responsible for all administrative jobs related to patient care, ISO management systems, NABH standards, teaching, training, hospital promotion, HRD, research and research grants.
c. To review man power planning and to appoint required number of personnel medical, nursing, technical and administrative with requisite training and experience in consultation with HR Head.
d. To liaise with various Govt. Health Departments, Medical establishments, medical practitioners, third party administrators, organizations running health care schemes / health insurance schemes for their employees, to ensure maximum bed occupancy.
e. To make annual budget in consultation with Head Finance.
f. To get website of the hospital updated periodically with new information related to the hospital facilities and services.
g. To submit monthly report of all clinical departments as well as of Medical administration to the Director.
h. To design systems for redressing the grievances of patients and their attendants.
i. To organise coordination committee meetings for infection control, waste disposal, proper maintenance of land, building, equipment, other hospital assets and all other meetings listed.
j. To apply and get permission for starting training courses for nursing aids, nurses, technicians, house jobs, DNB etc. for the different departments of the hospital.
