Inventory management including receipts, issues and reservation for spare parts
Control the equipment data file
Control the master lists(bills of materials) for the equipment.
Creating of Corrective Maintenance Work order
Creating of preventive Maintenance Work Order
Printing of CM & PM Work Orders in a daily and monthly base routine
Administration of Local Area network System *(LAN).
It includes
Daily backup of data, trouble shooting of network problems.
Management of different nodes coming under the network system
Installation of new workstations.
