Successfully delivered multiple high value in-house development and package acquisition projects
§ Acted as executive intermediary during delivery process, enlisted involvement from other executives, facilitated
as a coach and served as tiebreaker during the rollout of digital transformation programs.

Digital Transformation
§ Managed large IT programs for ENBD core banking domain, aligning to banks digital transformation strategy
§ Responsible for end-to-end Project Management ensuring effective planning and execution of all project lifecycle
activities including but not limited to creating and managing Project Management Plan, Risks and Issues
management, Resource Utilization, Budgeting, Stakeholder Management and Project communications.
§ Collaborate with functional leaders and deliver the new Product through the phases of Business Case & Concept
Development, RFQ, RFT, RFP, Detailed Planning, Execution & Delivery
§ Managing dependencies, Liaising between multiple scrum teams, track risks across projects, overcome obstacles
and get the best value against constraints.
§ Breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering programs in Waterfall/agile delivery
models.
§ Making sure all the new Implementations are aligning to ENBD’s latest technology/Platform stacks such as
Microservices, Iass, Pass & using API gateway.
§ Establish and maintain project dashboards, and provide accurate progress reports and updated plans at pre-
defined intervals to banks senior management
Engagedas a Technical program manager, responsible for planning software delivery work program inERP domain,
which includes new software developments and enhancements.
§ Complete ownership for the delivery of the high quality software which includes estimations, technical design,
programming, testing, and implementation and post implementation.
§ Effective stakeholder management across all levels (including executive level) in business and IT to ensure
successful deliveries.
§ Leading a team of multi-disciplinary professionals and liaising with the client at all stages of the project for securing
approvals, finalization of specifications, reporting progress and final handover.
