Nature of Duties:
1) Purchase request analysis.
2) Locate vendors of materials, eqpt or supplies, & interview them to determine product availability and terms of sales.
3) RFQ & Negotiations with qualified vendors.
4) RFQ approval from Management
5) Executing Purchase orders for Local suppliers
6) Follow up with vendors for right time goods delivery.
7) Material inspection as per order while receiving goods from vendors.
8) Verifying the purchase invoice in Conformity with PO and quantity received.
9) Coordinating with production for further requirements.
10) exporting building materials to sister concern company at Muscat.
