Description of work : Responsible for Preparation of Baseline programme, assigning resources, manpower planning, preparation of key performance indicator and comparing with actual status to analyze the delay of diferent trades, implementation and monitoring of detailed construction schedule, analyzing delay event. Preparation of Revised programme, Preparation of Recovery programme, Responsible for preparation of Weekly progress report, developing diferent chart and monitoring sheet to present the status of the project, Monthly progress report, presentation report for the client and the report for the internal purpose on monthly basis, using P3.1 and P6.1

Description of work :Responsible for construction of 20 villas (B+GF+1ST+R+UR), Residential (B+LG+G+1ST+5+LR+R) Building and Hotel building
• Preparation of Cl 14 programme, Target programme, Recovery programme, assigning resources and cost, manpower planning, construction materials scheduling, preparation, implementation and monitoring of detailed construction schedule, analysing delay event to prepare for EOT. I am also responsible for preparation of Weekly progress report, Monthly progress report for the consultant and the co-ordination report for the internal purpose on monthly basis, periodic cash flow projections, cost and quantity curves, Principle construction material forecast and resource analysis using P3.1 and P6.
