Managing the Conceptual/FEED & Detailed Engg project tasks and have had responsible of handling for more than 100++ bumiputra multi-discipline engineers that has distributed from different task ie; HOD, Senior PE, Project Engineer, Team Lead Engineers, senior engineers and rest of the multi-discipline designers because the SOC-Iraq is a huge with 7 years contract project. Have also supporting the commercial team to proposed new project for tenders including EOI project.

Engineering Manager for TLP Malikai FEED project scope contract with SHELL. and Planning Manager for Valemon CPP project with Statoil Norway. Have successfully managed the 4 projects as per contract-SOW, costs & budgets, on time target schedules, QMS compliances and HSSE requirements. The FEED and detailed design contract package was executed by ABB Lummus in Netherlands, and detailed engineering design from 30-60 % model reviews was obtained in Holland while 90% and final design reviews were obtained in Singapore DEC. It was reviewed by the Shell-ECC core-team out-office at The Hague Netherlands before the construction started in Singapore on Q3 2005, IFC were being issued in Singapore fot sub-contractors immediate early construction has been started. The Main Implementor/builder/ Contractor is ABB-TOYO JV based in Singapore. I have then lead the thorough reviews for all final FEED documents and drawings and other related deliverables for the whole project package completion prior to EPCM contract being issued to convey FS, SOW and planned target milestone, i have manages and led the multi discipline tasks from different WBS points on split packages; The Ethylene Cracker Complex Refinery Processing Plant in Singapore, which has to be expected, produces of 800, 000tpa products per year. Combining with the modification of the existing Bukom Refinery Plant (BRM) along with the refinery’s utilities upgrading/revamp/turnaround of bukom own scope (BOS) where then precise the upgrading of existing Mono-Ethylene Glycol (MEG) following in-line to the conceptual are matching the feeding products for new processing plant (ECC) and that would be total cap of 800, 000tpa ethylene product. The Construction and installation of Butadiene Extraction Unit (BDX) has been put in-placed on the 3rd quarter of 2008, the total completion that would be within the target completely delivered on 2009.

Promoted to Engineering Manager and was given the authority and responsibility for negotiating the Stage II EPCC Contract for Pilipinas Shell. It was a $125 million dollar contract for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning of three oil and gas processing plant and Effluent was successfully negotiated, approved by Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation and awarded in record time. USD450 million EPC contract of 1500MW CCGT/Cogen Plant for FGP under Siems BOO/BOT. After Contract completion I have moved back to Brunei Shell to handle Engineering and Procurement activities to Brunei Shell platform expansion project. Manages Scope of Works as specified in the form of Contract. Responsible for ensuring the required engineering completion dates and the material and equipment delivery dates are met to maintain fabrication schedule.

Provide thoroughly review of the detailed engineering design drawings and documents provided by the engineering consultant and makes comments where then circulated to each discipline team and issue ITB to the contractors and/or vendors and ready for construction project implementation.
Provide routine plant inspection, engineers report, equipments capability status, analysis, minor in-house M&E&I design work and recommendation for the plant mechanical and rotating/static equipments, electrical system, instrumentation controls replacement and repairs.
