I have then lead the thorough reviews for all final FEED documents and drawings and other related deliverables for the whole project package completion prior to EPCM contract being issued to convey FS, SOW and planned target milestone, i have manages and led the multi discipline tasks from different WBS points on split packages; The Ethylene Cracker Complex Refinery Processing Plant in Singapore, which has to be expected, produces of 800, 000tpa products per year. Combining with the modification of the existing Bukom Refinery Plant (BRM) along with the refinery’s utilities upgrading/revamp/turnaround of bukom own scope (BOS) where then precise the upgrading of existing Mono-Ethylene Glycol (MEG) following in-line to the conceptual are matching the feeding products for new processing plant (ECC) and that would be total cap of 800, 000tpa ethylene product. The Construction and installation of Butadiene Extraction Unit (BDX) has been put in-placed on the 3rd quarter of 2008, the total completion that would be within the target completely delivered on 2009.
