9. Build process control using validation, substitution, TRWPR, FIBF, user exits, BADI.
10. Developed UI/UX for GL, AP, AR, CO ensuring ultimate user friendliness with desired control.

1. Implemented seamless actual costing resulting accuracy in product cost.

1. Leading FI-GL, FI-CO, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-IDT, FI-DT and Material Accounting for RIL and its group companies.
2. SAP re-implementation in RECRON Malaysia introducing 360-degree iteration. This is a STAR project \[SAP India being a part of this project\].
3. SAP re-implementation with 360 degree of integration and globally accepted functionalities in STAR project IFRS and GAAP.
4. New GL implementation with its functionalities and restructuring of org-elements.
5. Implemented RPA in vendor invoice processing with approval mechanism, DMS, accounting with compliance of required validations using Machine Learning.
6. Tracking, pricing, invoicing and accounting of truck movement for dispatches made by all group companies \[Customized by in-house resources\].
7. Implemented Vendor Invoice vetting process \[Customized by in-house resources\]. Technical up-gradation from 4.6B to ECC6.0
8. SAP implementation in GAPCO Rwanda \[Newly acquired business\].

1. Implemented actual costing along with ML resulting accurate roll up of component cost. Implemented Transfer price achieve a clear picture of product wise profitability.
2. Enabled plant level TB to measure performance to take decisions in business running. Automated group cost audit report reducing manpower by 700 man-days and reduced completion time from 60 to 15 days.
3. Implemented SAP best practice with a high level of integration resulting in timely closure & multi-currency TB.
4. Implemented RPA in vendor IV processing with authenticate approval mechanism & systematic validation; resulting monetary benefit and reduction in manpower up to 35%.
5. Enabled faster execution of standard costing, ML posting by 40% by improvising SAP.
