Role is to partner with the business heads and CEOs of various digital businesses to help establish development of the processes & systems including ERP and technology to enable the businesses deliver superior customer experience. Role also includes managing various stakeholder expectations including top management.
Have successfully managed to Divest one digital business to Mindtree Limited. Managed End to End starting from due diligence to drawing up the BTA, clearance from Audit Committee to effective transfer of business including people, processes, books.

India’s largest Real Estate Company sales of INR 10000-14000 Cr. South operation share was range of 15% approx.
Regional CFO role with P&L responsibility for gross margin, sales and cash flows responsibility. Handled finance operations for 11.5 Mn Sft real estate development spread across southern India over a period of 6 years. Managed budgeted project revenue to the tune of about INR 6000 crores during this period. Oversaw pricing, process management, risk management, business planning, MIS, dashboard, KPI, ad hoc financial analysis and special assignments. Responsibilities also included general administration, taxation, budgeting, management accounting, project & infrastructure planning and control.

•Balanced working in PE funded (Blackstone Group) project management environment parallel with company own funded projects as well and successfully met both the requisites
•Successfully transitioned finance operations (AP, AR) to outsourced firm within 3 months. This resulted in enhanced cost efficiency and faster customer grievance redressal.
•Led before, during and after new project launch of projects (INR 1200 Cr) to customer acquisition process, single-handedly. Dealt with all customers commercial issues during handing-over of 3 major projects in TN, Kochi and Bangalore single-handedly
•Worked closely with CFO for receivables discounting of a major project at Chennai INR 350 Cr. Worked with bankers on subvention scheme proposal for a new project in Bangalore. Oversaw legal issues.

•Ensured requisite controls brought into the leadership level which ensured checks and balances to avoid any loss of profits. This resulted in consistent, regular and transparent reporting to HQ. Many new reports introduced for better monitoring and control.
