* Leading a team for planning and maintaining the total Telecommunication network in Eastern Region since 2008.
* Project planning, understanding the client requirement, site survey and planning for an optimized telecom network, scheduling the project, preparation and finalization of BoQ after confirming the same with clients
* Designing of Digital Communication Network for Network Management System using HP UX servers, Cisco Routers and Switches
* Preparation of Installation drawings and lay-outs for telecom equipments
* Installation and Commissioning of telecommunication equipments
* End to end testing of each I/O points within stipulated time
* Performing SAT 1, SAT 2, GSAT and GAP
* Successfully completing One Year Warranty Period with 99.9% Network Availability
* Active involvement in Site management, Site co-ordination, Customer relation etc.
* Providing training to customers for Telecommunication Network Management System
* Maintaining telecommunication network and resolving the technical issues within the stipulated time period and finally Reconciling and closing the project
