• Reporting to the CEO on a weekly basis and overall update on monthly basis (including all entities.)
• Leading a team of 7 resources for enforcing IT Strategies, Policies and Process after defining the same to align Information Technologies with business needs.
• Managing of Main company IT infrastructure and 7 more sister companies
• Accountable to lead the team for deployment of an IT Infrastructure from scratch for the whole group (>400 PCs, Laptops and tablets, etc).
• Design and Implement BI Modules and reports for top management to have easily understands the daily operations.
• Interacting with all the stake holders to find the exact business needs and thereafter planned and implemented a new IT security infrastructure/ Business applications.
• Responsible to design and deploy a professional data center in the head office including physical and virtual server using the VMWare technology..
• Implementing and maintaining strong cyber polices across corporate networks to ensure safety of data.
• Leading an R&D section to maintain support, updates, testing and migration of all type of systems.
• Involved and actively contributed in Implementation and Migration of Microsoft GP Dynamics ERP 9.0, GP2010 and 2013 system.
• Spearheaded all function of the project life cycle from initiation, requirement finalization, scoping, estimation of time & efforts, quality and execution control of the deliverables.
• Supporting and Assisting infrastructure deployment including back end and front end servers, Virtual Servers, VMware, Gateways, firewalls, Mail Archiving, connections, endpoint securities, anti-spam devices .
• Implementation ongoing of SAP B1 ERP system for one trading entity after much researches and studies to suite the type of business (Perfume distribution and marketing).Actively participating in end to end processes.
• Provided plan and design of compatible POS systems for all showrooms including barcode scanners, client screen, barcode printers and cash provided drawers for payment collection centers
