Implement, managing and updating the HR Chronicle I-Cloud Systems. Responsible to maintain the leave records to ensure the balance are match in the HR Systems.

Responsible to assist the manager and employee to use the Employee Self Service (ESS) as online tool to apply their leave, sick leave, letters and other request.

Process payroll via HR Chronicle Cloud Systems including annual and sick leave, attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other related adjustments.

Office Manager

Responsible to ensure that all contracts are up to date, trade license, immigration card and office lease.

To organize the business cards, mobile phones, sim cards for new employee Point person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, courier, and arrangements. Responsible to communicate in the company for translation - restaurant menu or legal required in the government.

Assisting all departments related to operations, marketing, social media, online portal delivery, photoshoot, video shoot & finance.

Responsible to reply and monitor all the reviews and comments to Zomato, Deliveroo, Talabat, Uber Eats and Google.

Responsible to check the Kayo App (IOS & Android) time to time to ensure the application is working properly.
