• Responsible for all sales & marketing activities in MENA region for API (6A, 7-1 & 16A) products (spools, flanges and adapters, BOP accessories, Choke and Kill manifolds & components, x-over subs, lift subs, repair of drill pipes and collars, hammer union x-overs) as well as OEM repairs for BOPs, X-Mas Trees and Wellheads.
• Handling a team of three sales engineers, three customer support executives, three project engineers & two estimation engineers.
• Able to provide commercial and technical advice to customers.
• Responsible for identification and development of new business/market opportunities.
• Responsible to build strong senior level influencing relationships & create mutually rewarding relationships for both company & clients.
• Development of business plan and sales strategies for the market that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Work closely with the Production/Projects Department on any proposals and quotations for related products / projects.
• Responsible for Maintaining existing and developing of new customers accounts, and to prepare necessary Sale Reports for submission to management.
• Involved in the preparation of sales forecasts, annual operations plans, sales targets, KPIs, etc
Handling marketing and sales challenges in selling API (American Petroleum Institute) certified manufactured equipment like API 6A, 16A, 16C, 7, 7-1, 7K, 5CT, & other OEMS like VAM, HYDRILL, SHAFFER, TENARIS etc to Oil & Gas Drilling & Services companies working for Saudi Aramco like Weatherford, Baker Hughes, Noble Drilling, Seadrill, Shelf Drilling, Ensco etc.
Attract new client accounts by managing and interpreting their requirements and close the sale by providing a product or service that exceeds their expectation in terms of customer service, quality, price and delivery
Responsible to build strong senior level influencing relationships & create mutually rewarding relationships for both company & clients.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction by professionally administering all existing client accounts by promptly and accurately processing orders, new enquiries, quotations and resolution of any outstanding issues.
Responsible for treating colleagues, partners, clients and service providers with high levels of mutual respect.
