• Coordination of project activities for providing 2G/3G services to Ministry of Defense using eight mobile Cell on Wheel sites connected through satellite link in a remote area.
• Worked at Enterprise Business Unit to follow up and expedite transmission facilities provisioning for all Enterprise customers of Saudi Telecom Company (STC).
• Analysis of all voice/data orders from different business categories to study progress rate, delay causes, business volume changes, service quality, order delivery statistics and management.
• Worked with demand team to increase utilization of delivered facilities, migrate services from copper to fiber, and identify and target IBS customers with further coverage demand. Also, supported budget approvals for new fiber orders.
• Supporting project team to provide implementation documents requested by Nokia/Wind mobile for projects like LTE overlay, 3G modules relocation/cascading, antenna swap, 3G modernization, and installation preparation.
• Documents include bill of material, site readiness report, technical site survey report, and site closeout package.
• Site survey and allocation of new equipment.
• Testing of RF antennas reflections, fiber connectivity, and license upgrade of Nokia 3G radios.
Managed all transmission related activities in Southern Region. Migrated all traffic in Backhaul network from microwave Layer 1 to optical Layer 2 and then to fully IP. Supported integration of new sites and addition of new 3G/LTE services.
Obtained Master of Science degree on 1997 with a GPA of 3.6 out of 4. Research work was published in eight papers as part of several scientific journals and conferences.
