Project Description:
The Scope of the project is to perform automation testing in all SBSA web based application. The Standard Bank of
South Africa Limited is one of South Africa's largest financial services groups. It operates in 32 countries around the
world, including 19 in Africa. Currently SBSA have migrated all their products into SAP and are testing various
partner systems. AML is Anti Money Laundering which is currently involved in creation of a BP in a single system.
Key Responsibilities:
 Understanding the Business Requirements and functionality sent by the Business Team.
 Identifying the various Test Scenarios and Test Conditions to prepare Test Cases.
 Identifying the various approaches in which the test Scenarios could be implemented.
 Test Plan and Design complex test cases in QC
 Automate and run the test cases in QTP using Framework and WITA scripts.
 Execute test cases in QC and also run the scripts.
 Perform Regression Testing to ensure that existing functionalities are working fine once the new code
changes are done
 Effective co-ordination with Onsite Team and provide Weekly Status Reports
 Preparation of Test Approach and Test completion document for every business release.

Project Description:
Citibank is the consumer division of financial services multinational Citigroup. Citibank was founded in 1812 as
the City Bank of New York, later First National City Bank of New York. Wipro has provided the support in
Infrastructure and application development for all the regions(APAC, EMEA, LATNAM) of CITI bank. Our team
has provided the support for EMEA region. Each region has types of servers (Developemet, Testing Production and
Cob servers).we have provided support for all the servers in the EMEA region. We handled physical as well as
virtual servers.
Key Responsibilities:
 Understanding the Business Requirements and functionality sent by the Business Team.
 Experience in handling the physical and virtual servers through VSphere Client
 Proficient in patch deployment to the servers using TPM
 Involved in Cluster Failovering during the production servers downtime
 Monitoring the Issues in service now and respond to the issued ASAP to meet the SLA
 Troubleshooting the servers if any unexpected downtime happened and also have provided the Root Cause
Analysis to the manager

Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) is a national nonprofit health system with headquarters in Englewood, Colorado.
CHI is a nonprofit, faith-based health system formed in 1996 through the consolidation of four Catholic health
systems. It is one of the nation's largest healthcare systems and having branches in several regions. Our company has
provided the infrastructure support to the all regions. We have provided end to end support and issues had raised
through remedy tool. All priority tickets has been raised and have to respond to the issues ASAP. We should meet the
Service Level Agreement (SLA) for each and every issue.

Key Responsibilities:
 Understanding the Business requirements and functionality.
 Responsible for maintain the SLA for each issue. Handled Critical and High priority issues
 Responsible for Installing Applications to the system and Troubleshooting the desktop and Server related
issues.
 Responsible for software deployment using SCCM
 Responsible for procurement and asset management
