 Method developed as per specific plant team culture & plant running history, I have starting from studying each & every PM plan of the plant with Technical core competency team, Applied Challenging process on every single PMs and technically convenience to move it to Normal or Shutdown
 Identify the PP plant shutdown driver & optimize the critical path duration to 50% compared to last PPTAM events (Reason to achieve such huge reduction was possible due to one of Tasnee higher management initiative action on Capital spare strategy give me that leverage).
 Conducted many meeting with Higher management both in operation & maintenance upto GM level & conveyed potentials benefits on my action, Strategically moved the recommendation to Steering committee with upcoming long-standing benefits & value addition on how this will increase production capacity was detailed & final ideas were implanted to their minds of all managements with support my GM.
• Implement strong monitoring & regulatory methods to control the cost with support of planning team as well as with available system in place, ( Achieved 47 % Budget reduced in PP plant by direct cost & duration reduction).
• Lead for these successful completion of 9No’s Major SD in PP, HDPE & LDPE polymer plant & 3no Turnaround events completed upto now in year 2025 & honored to be on this Lead role.
• Guided & monitor the planning crew for creating strong & cost-effective packages which we implemented in all the past SD & TAM events successfully ( Close to 750 Package prepared by my team in 1.5 years).
