1- Planning, monitoring and evaluation of all activities aimed to integrate and promote International Humanitarian Law (IHL) among different stakeholders
2- Identify issues to be addressed through overall communication efforts in relation to internal and external events such as developing an operational communication module as a guideline for the field delegates and national staff.
3- Supervise/support and coaching of communication field colleagues in communications skills and tools i.e PPt techniques, writing and editing, dissemination, campaigns ...etc.
4- Responsible for ensuring support to all communication strategic objectives of the delegation's programs. It includes implementing and organizes specific projects with different stakeholders and partners e.g. civil society, media, authorities, local community leaders, Army ...etc
5- Produce/adapt communication and dissemination tools and materials i. e leaflets, brochures, posters, handbooks ..etc
6- Contribute to the "planning for results" PfR and budget set up, design and exchange of ideas on new projects and events to be implemented for future.
7- Specifically in charge of practical integration/promotion of the international humanitarian law (IHL) programs within universities, academic circles, authorities and media.
8- Responsible of the capacity building and training programs for the Sudanese Red Crescent society (SRCS) communication staff at the HQ and in the field.
9- Follow-up and updates on progress regarding the legislative files and implementations of the international humanitarian law (IHL) at the national level i.e: ministry of justice, national commissions ...etc
10- Green-light PoAs for the communication activities at the HQ-KHA and the sub-delegation level
11- Works with the interlocutors from different Governmental, media, armed forces, NGO level for organizing different events and communications/training activities.
1-Part of the "ICRC African Training relays" for coordinating, organizing, implementing and improving ICRC's orientation courses for the field staff in Darfur and South Sudan.
2- Through an integrated partnership project with the Swidish Red Cross develop identify the training needs of the communication staff and develop a comerhencive hand-book for training and capacity building for volunteers and community agents.
3- Organize and conduct dissemination to specific target publics in Khartoum and in the field (civil society, universities …etc)
4- Focal point for managing the stock of the dissemination materials, their distribution and ROs to / from the field
5- Assist in planning, organization and execution of communication events in Khartoum and the field to more targeted audiences (Seminars, exhibitions, campaigns …etc)
1- Contribute to a "knowledge, attitude and perception" research/survey conducted by Save the Children in IDPs camps in Sudan to assess the awareness/practice of the population in the camp towards the sanitation issues.
2- Collect/compile the data and make the entries for the report.
3- Supervise the teams and distribute the tasks.
Contribute to the establishment of the center and assist in office management duties, reporting, filing and establish an administrative system/formats for the staff of the center.

All courses and studies in higher education were received in English. Awarded the prize of "Prof. Alnasri" for best research in the knowledge, attitudes and perceptions (KAP) of the media personnel towards Population issues in the least developed countries (case studies Sudan-Khartoum). Learned to be an effective change and developmental agent by attending an annual field trips to remote, affected areas of the country as part of the program of the rural extension and development, which was a real experience in the field of Project planning and evaluation.
