• Contribute towards the achievement of strategic and operational objectives of the organization and assist in developing the corporate strategy.
• Provide strategic, unbiased and objective advisory services to top Management and advise on how to improve organizational efficiency and increase profitability and productivity.
• Evaluate short-term or long-term projects, addressing a range of issues and needs.
• Review and provide remarks on business proposals and MOU’s as well as contracts.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and ensure resource availability and allocation
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the execution of projects to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Measure project performance, and report and escalate to management as needed.
• Plan, direct and coordinate all organization’s operations improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
• Develop Policies and Procedures manuals and ensure that all work processes are done in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
• Improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.
• Gather and organize information about a business problem or procedure that need improvement, understand challenges and present and explain findings to top management.
• Undertaking training needs assessment, behavioral and technical, through meetings with senior managers, the analysis of performance data, an understanding of market dynamics resulting in a prioritized training plan across the organization.
• Contributing to the design and development of the learning plan and driving the delivery of the learning plan leveraging a range of different channels with a significant bias towards digital learning.
• Keeping aware of the strategies and business plans, any changes in operating procedures and regulatory framework to ensure these developments are effectively incorporated into learning content.
• Contributing towards extracting maximum value from the learning budget.
• Defining, enhancing and driving application of service delivery standards in execution of all learning programs.
• Leading external and internal stakeholder management for program design, delivery and execution to ensure the learning objectives of various departments are met.
• Identifying internal and external faculty and enabling them to design and deliver appropriate training by providing adequate context and driving alignment with the service delivery standards.
• Enhancing utilization of the classroom and e-learning, to ensure that full value is extracted from this relationship.
• Undertaking learning program evaluation to measure impact, ensure effectiveness and drive enhancements in quality of training.
• Undertaking an analysis of both individual and organizational learning needs based on the learning programs conducted to support delivery of the program for subsequent years.
• Delivering a consistent employee HR experience by performance management, client engagement, and talent management.
• Driving implementation and management of a learning management system .
• Maintaining and enhancing learning and development dashboards on a monthly basis to enable management reporting and tracking.
• Creating a learning and development brand by proactive communication and engagement with the business on an on-going basis.
