Radio Planning
Site design using planning tool and survey field.
Produce Radio Document for site specification.
Visible inspection of site installation(Antenna, grounding, Etc …)
Site modification to achieve required objective or enhance site performance, and Produce Modification.
Produce Site Database.
Drive test analysis to verify Site objective (Coverage, Cross Sector…)
Check Radio counters.
Solve received Radio coverage customer complaint.
Radio Optimization
Monitoring and analysis on a daily basis for cell counters.
Analyze Drive test, and propose necessary solution.
Finds, recommends solutions and prepares relevant work order document(CR, frequency, new feature/technology or modification document)
Co-operate with Radio Planning Team to enhance Radio Network Quality, coverage and customer satisfaction on daily basis.
Solve received customer complaints.
Review and conduct site and BSC database consistency checks on a weekly basis.
Prepare monthly and weekly status reports for executed activities.

Familiar with most of planning software( TCP, tems, winfiol, alix, business object )
Provide support services
