The Integrated Social Services for Vulnerable Youth Project is a special initiative funded by a grant from the Japan Social Development Fund (JSDF) at the World Bank, designated for the Ministry of Youth in Jordan.

Providing and interpreting financial information, producing accurate financial reports within specific deadlines, and managing budgets are key responsibilities.
Prepare the interim and annual financial statements and assist in preparing Basel II and stress testing returns.
Supervise the Central Bank of Jordan reporting within HSBC group policies and Central Bank of Jordan regulations and the reconciliation process for the nostro accounts for Jordan and Ramallah Branch (Palestine).
Oversee the vendor payment process to cover administrative expenses, including vendors' invoices, group charges, petty cash, staff claims, rent, and local income and sales taxes associated with vendor and group payments. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs. Supervise and manage the reconciliation of nostro accounts for the Jordan and Ramallah Branch (Palestine) and perform monthly balancing of the finance department's suspense accounts. Collaborate with other departments for the annual physical inventory of fixed assets and prepare the interim and annual reports on fixed assets and administrative expenses as required by external auditors.
Oversee and preparing the ad hoc management data sheets and all financial reporting required by the HSBC group.
Coordinate with other departments for the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audit and oversee the process of vendor payments, which includes administrative expenses, vendor invoices, group charges, petty cash, staff claims, and rent payments.
Manage the administrative expenses in the annual and rolling operating plans (AOP/ROP) for Jordan and Ramallah.
Review the monthly reports for the Assets and Liabilities Committee.
Supervise the bank's daily balance sheet, profit and loss report, and liquidity for Jordan and Ramallah.
Review the management's daily exception reports.
I monitor the suspense accounts for the Jordan and Ramallah branches and for the Finance Department.
Responsible for the logistics, procurement, IT support, security, insurance and building care for the branch.
Maintaine the bank's expenses, staff salaries and staff VAT and income taxes.
Act as backup for the branch teller, nostro accounts reconciliation clerk and the bank’s representative in Palestinian Monetary Authority (PMA) for the cheques daily clearing.
Prepare interim and annual financial statements. Manage daily entries in the general ledger and prepare monthly financial reports.
Monitor receivable and payable accounts.
Handle payroll, social security, and income tax processes.
Prepare bank statement reconciliations.
Review customer loan applications and conduct financial analysis for companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange.
