Duties:
➢Organizing and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling.
➢Responding appropriately to tenant's emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
➢Coordinating and leading a team or teams of staff to cover various areas.
➢Responsible for the management of services and processes.
➢Responsible for building maintenance repairs and services.
➢Managing, scheduling & coordinating assigned real estate services.
➢Comparing costs for required goods / services to achieve maximum value.
➢Planning best allocation and utilization of space & resources for new buildings.
➢Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily.

Duties:
➢To support the development of business wide initiatives including contract renewal strategy, contract management plans and management team improvement plans.
➢Responsible for operational management & delivery of facilities management services.
➢Working within budget guidelines and promoting ways to add value and reduce costs within the team.
➢Performance management, develop, train and ensure efficient utilization of staff.
➢Manage the staffing, development, performance and outcomes of assigned team reporting to the position.
➢Track building upkeep as well as anticipated long- and short-term improvements and maintenance.
➢Keep the surrounding grounds properly cared for and landscaped.
➢Interview and hire certain facility employees and contractors, such as maintenance staff and janitorial services.
