Preparing daily, weekly progress report.
* Address concerns and issues raised by client.
* Managing and coordination of civil works to be executed on the site.
* Ensuring all the works are executed as per approved drawing and specifications.
* Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
* Ensure that the process of work is in accordance with the method statements and approved
drawings are followed.
* Supervising labor and supervisors to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with works
procedures and instructions
* Maintaining safety on site through promoting a safety culture.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing and coordination of civil works to be executed on the site.
* Ensuring all the works are executed as per approved drawing and specifications.
* Preparing progress reports on day-to-day basis and submitting to immediate superior.
* Preparing as-built drawings.
* Preparing daily, Weekly, and monthly progress report.
* Resolving technical issues with employer’s representatives, suppliers, sub-Contractors, and
statutory authorities.
* Liaising with company or project purchasing department to ensure that purchase orders adequately
define the specified requirements.
* Preparing safe work procedures and observance of safety requirements.
* Resource allocation to the work as per the requirement.
* Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
