Key Responsibilities:
• To sell the Banca Takaful Products in order to achieve the assigned target.
• Identify potential clients through database, follow up leads and telephone/personal contact, cold calls and advise them about the benefits of banks specified product.
• Ensure that all charges/terms and conditions related to products are clearly communicated to clients.
• To analyze documents submitted by customer ensuring all checks list, formalities and documentation in line with SOP manuals and SLA'S.
• Ensure cross selling of Banc Takaful products to existing customer.
• Prepare regular sales reports and obtain & provide market, customer and competitor information and feedback to management to facilities decision making.
• Maintain effective business relationship with clients to enhance the customer service image of the bank.
• Ensure high level of portfolio credit quality is maintained across the sales activities.
• Identifying customer needs and dealing to open Business account & individual accounts for cross selling policies.
• Contacting privilege customer like (Al Dana or Wajaha) customer with the permission Designated RM for cross selling Banca Products. Duties Experienced:
• Engage with CBG Sales & Distribution team actively to ensure a robust sales process and build the Banc assurance Business.
• Coordinate with Banc assurance product team and insurers to ensure customer-centric products to comply with fair-dealing
• Implement and ensure exceptional customer service and achieve high score of customer satisfaction rating for Insurance
• The achievement of the targeted score of overall customer satisfaction rating of insurance
• Establishing of strong DBS (Disclosure Banning Service) frachise in the local market through delivering the banks banc assurance business vision and strategies embracing exceptional execution of revenue generation, insurance portfolio Management, service of DBS customers towards their protection, long term savings, non-life insurance and health cover

Key Responsibilities
To achieve the assigned sales target of products (Insurance Products) through new and existing customers by exploring and creating business opportunities within the established time frame and to ensure high level of sales and customer service within the branch.

• To provide Assistance and support to new and existing staffs in cross selling techniques based products, within and outside the branch.
• Generate and follow up of leads and referrals and tap walk-in customers in Branches to ensure business Conversion
• All the above accountabilities include but not limited to any additional /new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.
• To maintain complete record and proper documentation of all related products to ensure effective Compliance.
• Daily sales reporting to the assigned Branch Manager and provide regular feedback on target achievement to ensure and keep track of monthly, yearly targets and sales activities.
• Promote and educate customers of the branch on the current promotions and offers, which will enhance the sales of the assigned branch.
• Approach existing and new customers in and out of branch to achieve individual and branch sales target.
• Conduct cold calling, telephonic and field visits to existing and new customers for business conversion.
