Responsible for all forecasting activities associated with customers and products. Design and generate daily, weekly and monthly production and deployment plans that are in line with AQS’s manufacturing capabilities and transportation resources to ensure maximum output and efficiency. Maintain and manage all matters related to the demand planning process and systems, including documentation and standard operating procedures. Continuously assembling and analyzing data pertinent to demand compliance, shipping compliance and forecasting accuracy to improve operational methods and enhance the overall health of the distribution network. Review & Improve company service level KPIs to ensure top customer service execution is delivered and help the company achieve its overall targets. Supervises and direct the activities of the warehouse both finished goods, raw and packaging materials for the effective safekeeping, maintenance, protection, handling, records & control and proper distribution of finished products. To ensure that distribution is fully functional and is able to support factory and sales in maintaining a high level of service to customers, both local and export market.
Coordination with company export desk department with regards to shipping details, export documentation and shipments schedule in order to plan accordingly all export dispatches to meet the volume forecast.
Supervise warehouse staffs including performance management and guidance, ensure a safe and productive work environment, ensure housekeeping standards are maintained, and delivery fill rates are met. Maintain overall control of the receiving, shipping, handling and proper storage of all products manufactured by the company, purchased by the company, regardless of sourcing or location in the distribution system. Coordinate all warehouse and transportation activities to achieve company’s consolidated fiscal sales volume and overall profitability objectives. Coordinate warehouse purchasing activities, including the control of freight costs and carrier selection for maximum efficiency / quality assurance.
Direct the activities of the inventory control section to ensure the availability of raw and packaging materials in the right quantity, quality and at the right time for production use. Providing details of on hand inventory, expected deliveries based on the given forecast with budgeted sales projections. Providing daily, weekly & monthly reports in order to review the SOH for necessary action. Validating the data on a daily basis with daily inventory transaction incurred such as sales, inbound, outbound, conduct monthly stock take and generate inventory reports of sales and stock movement.
