Job Profile:
Expert to work in Systems Applications Products (SAP)
Contact customer and arrange appointment.
Visit customer with Sales rep to introduce the products and services.
Visit premium customer with sales executive to provide samples and quotation.
Preparation of Quotations.
Preparation of Cost Price, Selling Price & Margin.
Preparation of Purchase Request (PR)
Create Goods Return
Customer support through email & Phone.
Extract daily, monthly, yearly sales report from SAP & Coordinate
Well conversant with all the office Procedures and systems of the company.
can easily operate Fax, Scan and Copy Machine.
Experience to handle & support top priority customers such as Aramco, SABIC, Pepsi. etc.
Make regional sales report & Branches sales activities
Follow up of shipments with freight forwarders.
Create & Process Purchase order (PO).
communicating with suppliers through email & phone.
Helping Accounts Dept. regarding Bank LC’s and payment to Suppliers.
Coordinating with Suppliers and Clients
Process Petty purchase requests
Local & International goods transfer from Branches
Prepare Delivery note & Issuing Sales Invoices.
Process Goods Return
Create STO for National & Internal goods transfer from Branches.
Working experience with different departments & Sectors such as Retail, Wholesale, Mass Market& B2B
