2. Linear Asset Management (LAM) / Geographical Enablement Framework (GEF) in SAP S/4 HANA - Linear asset centric solution to manage equipment like pipelines and powerlines effectively.
3. Connected Maintenance Workforce (CMW) - Utilize latest mobile technologies (SAP Service and Asset Manager 2310) to provide agility to maintenance workers to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Asset Obsolescence Management (AOM) - New solution to streamline and unify obsolescence business processes within Saudi Aramco. Delivered IPMP Asset Obsolescence Management (AOM) solution using the SAP Management of Change application (MOC) with risk assessment custom Fiori application as required to meet ARAMCO obsolescence framework procedure SAEP-136A, SAEP-746 and SABP-K-101 requirements.

Following activities performed as part of the implementation:
• Identified functional and technical gaps between the current AS-IS business processes and conducted workshops to verify the completeness and accuracy of business processes.
• Conducted workshop with stakeholders to agree on the “To-be” processes.

Lead Asset Obsolescence Management (AOM) Application Product Development team. Asset Obsolescence Management solution considering the requirement of different industrial assets and production lines to overcome the issue of most of the components are getting obsolete, which leads to downtime, high maintenance costs and revenue losses to company. The scarcity and increasing price of spare components and the loss of expertise of the maintenance teams on aging assets are also a major concern to company. Solution is inline with IEC 62402 Obsolescence Management Standard, mainly proactive and reactive obsolescence process solutions with obsolescence risk assessment. This AOM solution that could determine an optimal maintenance and renewal planning, which included its impact on production, for different time scales.

 Project delivery head for the new SEC Generation Power Plant EPC projects SAP PM system rollout and data preparation, upload and system made available for the newly constructed plant (combined cycle solar integrated power plant).
 Finalize the required localized configuration SAP Plant data and configured in system.
 Identifying and analyzing business requirements, as well as integration issues and offering solutions
 Handling the design, development, testing and deployment of custom data warehouse systems; defining data requirements and designing databases to satisfy client business objectives

 Examining the method of transforming existing data into a format for the SAP environment and loading it into SAP database
 Coordinated with Generation Business Line Team to validate the data in the system. The business processes tested in quality system as per the policy. Any corrections/issues related to the data and/or processes issues resolved.

• Responsible for the implementation of MERIDIUM APM suite V4.2 baseline implementation at Qatar Petroleum (QP) for the APM Modules that implemented is APM Foundation, APM Connect, APM health, APM Strategy, APM Failure Elimination, APM Safety and APM Mechanical Integrity solution)
• Pre-bid stage worked closely with the sales team to engage in project conception activities like product sales demos, project costing, solution proposals and client meeting involvement etc.

•Prepare trend charts of progress relative to goals and targets such as Maintenance costs (labor and material), PM Schedule compliance, performance, and effectiveness and Crew efficiency. Tabulate productivity and performance measures to partners & Base Management.
•Team member to prepare plans for pre-commissioning activities to Plant Expansion commissioning team project handovers. Review punch list, acceptance documentation and recommended spare lists. Daily update commissioning team site activities, highlighting delays and advising recovery actions.
