1. EAM Master Data Governance (MDG) - System to manage and govern asset master data to streamline asset management processes, using EAM Solutions by Utopia for S/4HANA.
2. Linear Asset Management (LAM) / Geographical Enablement Framework (GEF) in SAP S/4 HANA - Linear asset centric solution to manage equipment like pipelines and powerlines effectively.
3. Connected Maintenance Workforce (CMW) - Utilize latest mobile technologies (SAP Service and Asset Manager 2310) to provide agility to maintenance workers to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Asset Obsolescence Management (AOM) - New solution to streamline and unify obsolescence business processes within Saudi Aramco. Delivered IPMP Asset Obsolescence Management (AOM) solution using the SAP Management of Change application (MOC) with risk assessment custom Fiori application as required to meet ARAMCO obsolescence framework procedure SAEP-136A, SAEP-746 and SABP-K-101 requirements.

Following activities performed as part of the implementation:
• Identified functional and technical gaps between the current AS-IS business processes and conducted workshops to verify the completeness and accuracy of business processes.
• Conducted workshop with stakeholders to agree on the “To-be” processes.
• Obtained approvals for all the “To-be” business process flows from relevant Proponents, Process Owners, and the Stakeholders
• Developed the “To-be” Business Process Master List (BPML)
• Prepared authorization strategy and roles catalog, under the framework of ARAMCO Application Security Standards Document (ASSD)
• General settings (activating business functions and BC sets) and configurations.
• Prepared configuration Design Document covering all the out of the box configurations.

•Strengthen spare parts management, by review minimum and re-order quantity assignments to high consuming and high cost spares based on analysis. Monitor progress of deliveries of all critical equipment BOM.
•Prepare trend charts of progress relative to goals and targets such as Maintenance costs (labor and material), PM Schedule compliance, performance, and effectiveness and Crew efficiency. Tabulate productivity and performance measures to partners & Base Management.
•Team member to prepare plans for pre-commissioning activities to Plant Expansion commissioning team project handovers. Review punch list, acceptance documentation and recommended spare lists. Daily update commissioning team site activities, highlighting delays and advising recovery actions.
•Develop newly commissioned equipment’s maintenance task list packages and plans, based on condition and vendor recommendations. Prepare and set frequency for calibration, preventive maintenance, Inspection items. Manage materials take-offs and prepare BOM. Cost estimate & co-ordinate subcontractors.
